1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing our software licenses, or signing a digital project proposal with AmiDo AlphaSoft IT Solutions ("AmiDo AlphaSoft", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must refrain from using our services.

2 Scope of Engineering Services

AmiDo AlphaSoft delivers high-tier technological solutions including, but not limited to:

• Full-stack website development (React, Next.js, Headless WordPress, WooCommerce).
• Custom enterprise software development (CRM platforms, ERP modules, POS systems, SaaS portals).
• Mobile application engineering (Flutter & React Native for iOS & Android).
• WordPress plugin architecture, maintenance, and technical licensing.
• Technical SEO audits, Core Web Vitals optimization, and Google search ranking roadmaps.

Every custom project is executed based on a Statement of Work (SOW) or signed quotation outlining technical milestones, project scope, and deliverables. Any feature request falling outside the agreed scope will be evaluated under a separate change order.

3 Payment Terms, Milestones & Billing

All transactions are transparent and itemized:

• Custom Development Projects: Structured across clear milestones (typically 40% project kickoff advance, 30% alpha/beta feature signoff, and 30% upon final user acceptance and deployment to production server).
• Software Licenses & Plugins: 100% advance payment via approved online payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Cards, Bank Transfer) prior to automated license key issuance.
• Delinquent Invoices: Invoices pending beyond 14 business days may result in temporary suspension of staging servers or delayed milestone releases until cleared.

4 Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership

We believe in total client freedom and code integrity:

• Custom Client Software: Upon 100% clearance of all contracted payments, full intellectual property and production source code rights for the bespoke software developed specifically for the client are irrevocably transferred to the client.
• Pre-existing Core Frameworks & Plugins: AmiDo AlphaSoft retains ownership of proprietary internal boilerplate libraries, algorithmic tools, and standalone commercial plugins. Clients receive an unrestricted, non-exclusive license to utilize these components as part of their operational software.

5 Post-Deployment Warranty & Technical Support

Every custom website and software platform engineered by AmiDo AlphaSoft includes a 30 to 90 days complimentary warranty period starting from go-live date. During this warranty window:

• All functional bugs, broken endpoints, and architectural anomalies within scope are remediated immediately at zero additional expense.
• Warranty does not cover damages caused by unauthorized third-party modifications, external server crashes, malicious ransomware incursions resulting from client-compromised passwords, or unsupported third-party API changes.

6 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and any contracts formed with AmiDo AlphaSoft are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
