1 WordPress Plugins & Digital Software Licenses

We want you to be completely satisfied with our commercial WordPress plugins (Auto Form Fillup, Smart SEO Optimizer, Form Builder, Speed Optimizer, etc.):

• 7-Day Technical Money-Back Guarantee: If our plugin fails to perform on your server or conflicts with your environment and our support team is unable to resolve the defect within 5 business days, we will issue a 100% full refund.
• Support Prerequisite: To qualify for a refund, you must open a support ticket via our official channels or WhatsApp and allow our developers reasonable opportunity to inspect and fix the conflict.
• Ineligibility Criteria: Refunds cannot be granted if:
  • The purchase was made by mistake and the license key has already been activated on an operational domain.
  • The feature you desired was explicitly not included in our published product documentation.
  • The refund request is submitted after 7 calendar days from the purchase timestamp.

2 Custom Software & Website Engineering Projects

Because bespoke software engineering involves dedicated developer time, cloud server allocations, and specialized architecture:

• Project Advance Deposit (Phase 1): The initial deposit covers wireframing, technical architecture design, and database schema setup. Once work has formally begun and discovery documentation is handed over, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
• Milestone Cancellations: If a project is cancelled midway through development, billing will be pro-rated strictly based on verified milestones completed up to that point. Any unworked portions of paid future milestones will be promptly refunded within 10 business days.
• Code Handover: In the event of a mutual project termination, the client receives all code, repositories, and documentation developed up to the last paid milestone.

3 Digital Marketing & SEO Retainer Services

For ongoing monthly retainers (Search Engine Optimization, Google Ads management, social campaigns, server maintenance):

• Monthly services are billed on a month-to-month basis with no locking long-term contracts unless otherwise agreed.
• You may cancel retainer services at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
• Fees for work already performed in an active billing cycle are non-refundable.
